The Rotax Fly-In 2024, held from August 23rd to 24th, was nothing short of spectacular. Aviation enthusiasts from all corners gathered in Wels for two days of excitement, innovation, and camaraderie. A highlight of the event was the opportunity to experience demo flights in a range of aircraft powered by our Rotax 916iS and 915iS engines. Attendees were thrilled to take to the skies, with one of the most popular aircraft being the CubCrafters Carbon Cub, expertly piloted by Red Bull’s Luke Czepiela. These flights provided a firsthand look at the performance and reliability of our engines, leaving participants inspired and eager for more.

Exciting Activities and Lasting Connections

But beyond the impressive aircraft and informative sessions, it was the people who truly made this event special. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and lively conversations, as attendees bonded over their shared passion for flying, engines, keynotes and all things aviation. With delicious food from our food truck, guided tours of our facilities, keynotes, and perfect weather, the weekend was a joyful celebration of the aviation community. We’re already counting down the days until next year’s Rotax Fly-In!
