BRP-Rotax hereby offers a digital platform on its homepage to submit occurrence reports. Using this digital CSIR (Customer Service Information Report), malfunctions of aircrafts on which ROTAX aircraft engines are installed can be transmitted to BRP-Rotax. This method of occurrence reporting is available to all stakeholders such as authorities, OEMs, pilots, maintenance organizations and operators. In addition to this incident reporting process, country specific requirements, as well as the reporting to the aircraft manufacturer and aviation authorities, must also be taken into account.
